My glass Snowflake
Meant to be a clock, soon to be a clock.
I had found a large piece of broken glass in the trash where I work as a janitor and I decided to do something with it.
So I put it in a big brown paper bag and smashed it upside a table. I had wanted something cracked and random. I ended up with two large peices and lots of little icicle like shards from two inches to five.

There were just enough to make twelve points. Enough for a clock!

I used double sided tape and glued them all together. I could have used tacky glue, but I thought I'd make mistakes. Which I did, and changed.

But then I found out that all my clock peices were way too big, so I decided to make it a window decoration. (I had been making alot of those with clear marbles and wire)

So I glued a picture of a sky under a halfsie marble. I made two and glued them onto both sides.

Then I took a mini mini clothes pin with string attached to it and clipped it onto it. This way I can still make it a clock and it's not permanent.

Sorry for the really bad pictures, I have a crappy digicam. But it was only thirty bucks so what can ya do.

Side view- It's hard to see, but the glass shards are all layered on top of eachother.
